50' Offshore Defever Trawler
Truly a boat with two personalites!

• A robust steel-hulled offshore trawler capable of going anywhere in the world, from the Delta to the Baltic. She has been north to Alaska and as far south as Costa Rica and her log book shows 17 round trips from California to the Sea of Cortez. And she is ready now, to head out the Golden Gate and go right, left or straight, anywhere your heart desires. Her big Caterpillar turns a single screw at an economical 3.5 gal per hour at 6 knots or will move easily along at a steady 8.5 with a bit more consumption, giving her a 3000+ mile range.

• A cozy and comfortable live aboard home. She is warm and dry with a Kabula diesel fired hydronic heats system, that circulates hot water throughout the boat with three thermostacticly controled zones. She has a large main room with great views all around, with a big table that seats six+ easily, a full galley ajacent with a new 4 burner stove, all pots, plates and linins, she sleeps six as she is with the forward stateroom turned into a nice office, two full heads with good showers in each, and she feels good!
